Here are the updates for this past week on the challenge. If you don't see your name and are certain you emailed my your weight by Monday, October 27th at 11AM(CST), e-mail me. I will search my Outlook by your name and locate the e-mail. Some people had huge losses, some hung on, and some continue to tough it out. Keep at it :-) The next weigh in will be due Sunday November 2, or at the latest Monday November 3, by 11AM (CST)
Keep away from the Halloween candy. I bought all the kinds I hate, yet I know Lil' Buster will probably come home with all my favorites...LOL!
Interesting weight loss tool or article of the week: Is Your Scale Lying To You?
For any questions please click here for the last post that addressed many questions.
Remember there is a forum set up at The Runners Lounge to share tips, advice, or ask any questions. Click here to head to the Marathon Season independence Weight Loss Challenge Forum.
The names are listed in order starting with the highest percentage lost and so on. If there is an n/c under you name that states no change Please check my math. The spreadsheet has the correct formula, but I could easily have a typo error. If you feel there is an error, please contact me via e-mail not in the comments section on the post.
#= your rank in the challenge
Name X = percentage of weight loss this past week
X = cumulative percentage since challenge commenced Please check the math since I might have inadvertently entered your weight in the spreadsheet incorrectly. E-mail me if there is a concern with what I have posted for you.

People are doing a fantastic job, including you Viv! #3 - way to go! I'm not buying any Halloween candy this year since I only got three kids at my place last year. If only my sweet tooth wasn't raging at the moment though..!
No halloween candy for me. My wife does a good job of keeping it out of site until the day. Otherwise, our kids would eat it up and she'd have to go buy more.
Good job everyone. I wonder how many pounds we've lost as a group?
Please don't make me do anymore math, Pat...LMAO! I know it is more than fingers and toes I have available to count on.
Great job to everyone!
Yep, I knew I went up a bit, but I know for a fact that this week will look different. It better damn well.. I am going to be working my ass of! :) LOL!
Awesome job everyone!
You'd think I'd be in the lead since I'm in a predominantly Halloween-free zone. Not so much. ;)
Buying candy you don't like is a great idea. However, my husband thinks it is a waste if we have the crappy kind left over!
My scale is known as BEL, Big Effin Liar :-)
Great job to the losers!! I'm a dropout :-(
I just can't seem to get it together.
I love seeing everyone’s progress!
